Position Summary:  Recognizing that trained Disciple Making Catalysts are key to reaching the Unreached in the exponential way, Beyond’s Director of Recruiting will oversee the Recruiting Department’s efforts and achievements of goals.  The primary objective is to manage and grow the number of Beyond recruits according to assigned targets.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Direct experience in Recruiting.

Previous experience in Management role.

Demonstrated achievement of assigned targets.
Experience with CRM platforms.

Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Interpersonal skills: the ability to work with multiple people, varying position levels and departments

Clear written and oral communication.

Commitment to God, the mission of Beyond and organizational objectives.

CPM training or Beyond Nugget training participation.
